Thank God the person in charge really respects the democratic process because if he didn't he would try to do everything in secret so that the people wouldn't have an opportunity to evaluate if their country should even agree to this. Thank God Obama is presenting his ideas openly and allowing congress to vote up or down on it because if he didn't, if he acted unilaterally (does anyone remember that word?) he would moving this country in a direction he wants to. All by his own will without the people's consent which would sound a lot like a dictatorship. Thank God Obama isn't like that.

Left out in the sun too long? Do you honestly believe that Obama tells us everything? Do you honestly believe that we have a transparent government seated in Washington? And, what's more important, do you honestly believe any new trade agreement is good for America considering the state of our economy, the unemployment picture, and the already lost industries as a direct result of unfair, unjust, and one-sided foreign trade agreements and policies? Have you completely ignored and blocked out the past 50 plus years of "The Selling of America"?

Yes, Obama and other Democrats fully believe in democracy and free speech, as long as you practice it the way they think you should. Otherwise, they must step in and take over.
