Thank God for secularism

You accepted my points on history and then you had to try to insult me? Snorting what?
Whatever hallucinogen is giving you the persecution complex, that "democrats" want "religion wiped out".

Are you claiming that statement ("Democrats want religion wiped out") is not induced by drug intoxication? are you insinuating that you really meant it?

It's amazing how the left hides behind only the parts of the Constitution it likes and only for things it likes.
How is that hiding? I am agreeing that if it were legally found to be a religion, then the Constitution would also apply.

The constitution talks explicitly about religion, it says nothing about people's sexual lifestyle,

That is because the founders recognized that religion was necessary to a stable republic, and lack of morals and ethics would doom the nation. It would not have even occurred to them to put anything in there about a licentious lifestyle.

If the day came when the family was attacked, and the basic dignity of society eroded? The Constitution would no longer be necessary, as we would just go the way of Rome.

The Federal Bill of Rights protections have been extended to the states as well.
Several things come to mind. States can do acts not approved by the constitution. For instance, abortions. States can vary on laws about that. Schools are created by locals and their taxes. When the Feds send school funds to states, the congress never passed a law telling schools to include pride flags in the school or to ban the ten commandments. Finally, money has religion included. All that was banned was congress establishing religion.

Shame he didn't manage to get that inserted into the constitution, he probably tried then got laughed at.

Not acts that violate the Bill of Rights.

Are you arguing the Fed could withhold funds to states with Pride Flags? I imagine they could. The ban came from the federal courts not the school/state however.
