I've seen em once. They do an awesome show. Unfortunately, there are no great sound quality full concerts by them online. There's this half hour recording. But it's from 1983, so it doesn't include a lot of newer stuff that I like. But, a great show nonetheless:

I came across some newer concert footage of 'The B-52' Live With The Wild Crowd In Athens G.A.' from 2011 that is professional quality. PBS apparently owns the rights and hasn't posted the full concert though.
