Texas "fetal heartbeat" law to be NATIONAL MODEL

The Texas law will also be a model law for all the "vigilante" laws to come. Don't like something, deputize the public to go after violators. Expect more of these type laws, if the vigilante aspect of the law is upheld by SCOTUS.
Thats exactly why it wont be upheld.

EXACTLY. All employers in GA and Fla NEED to know their employees can be tracked and their doctors punished for an abortion! The ECONOMIES depend on it!!!!!

This is why we need these laws to stop anti-science nutters like you from killing children. Your insane, black magic belief that a child isn't alive until it exits the birth canal is backwards, ignorant voodoo.
So you are saying there can be a heartbeat without a heart?

Great so then instead of an abortion a Dr can induce labor deliver the 6 week old fetus put it in an incubator spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to have it die anyway.

If a fetus can not survive the pregnancy it won't...but if it can and it has a heartbeat...it has civil rights in Texas....

My concern is that "vigilante laws" will go far beyond just abortion cases. If that Pandora's box is opening, which it appears to be, who knows where it will end.

Cool then you're OK with paying the hospital bills for trying to keep an nonviable fetus alive outside the womb.

If that part is held up by SCOTUS, we're fucked.
