But he didn't. He used a gun.

They are so much more "definite" in their execution
So, somebody shot to death is deader than somebody stabbed to death or somebody strangled to death or somebody burned to death or somebody pushed to their death from a cliff? Definite? As in "definitely dead"?

Of course you didn't know...

"The Office for National Statistics data between June 2016 and March 2020 showed per person crime had increased by 31% in England and by a lower margin of 18% in London since 2016. These statistics only count crime recorded by police, and it's estimated by that overall crime continues to decrease."

Deep in the heart of Texas.
But then who's to say who is and isn't a responsible gun owner.

I know "responsible gun owners" who sleep with a loaded glock under their pillow
I consider a responsible gun owner someone who keeps their gun or guns secured so kids can’t get access to them or anyone who might break in can’t easily walk out with them.

So he killed his family and then offed himself. Little bastard shot both the dogs as well. Another American exercising his 2nd rights.
I wonder what caused him to do that ?
Having said that they are probably better off where they are now than living in Texas.
I'm only recently discovering why you're hated so much here.

What a vile piece of shit you are

Yes. It also makes me alive and in possession of my firearms. You, on the other hand, don’t necessarily end up in such a great place.
From their perspective, having a government keep them "safe" is FAR more desirable than the fear that comes with responsibility. COWARDS, the lot of them.

Again, you have absolutely no idea what it means to exercise one's Second Amendment rights. None whatsoever.

What this kid did was heinous. It was a crime. It was not an example of someone exercising any kind of Constitutional right, much less the Second.

Get a clue rather than an erection every time something like this tragedy happens.

Just goes to prove that carrying a weapon, just in case, is the best thing going for anyone, in the mentally ill times, with people like TT, who loves it when people die. I just cant get his sorry ass to meet me in St Augustine though, because he is a rag head dick sucking coward...
Yep... and probably lives in a government tower flat and eats government-supplied food as well as having government-supplied medical coverage. A TOTAL waste of carbon...

Brit doctor Harold "Fred" Shipman killed an estimated 200 patients, some of whom lived in mobile homes. He hanged himself in a cell in 2004.

Disagree... Some folks are just fucked up in the head.

Two siblings stabbed five family members to death and slit their sisters throat and stabbed her six times...but she survived.

Newsflash...not the knives fault...

And it isn't just here.

Tommy knows this, he is just here to stir shit up.

James Patrick Bulger (16 March 1990[2] – 12 February 1993) was a 2-year-old boy from Kirkby, Merseyside, England, who was abducted, tortured, and murdered by two 10-year-old boys, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, on Friday, 12 February 1993.[3][4] Thompson and Venables led Bulger away from the New Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle as his mother had taken her eyes off him momentarily. His mutilated body was found on a railway line 2.5 miles (4 km) away in Walton, Liverpool, two days after his abduction.

British teenager Lesley Whittle was kidnapped on 14 January 1975 and her body discovered 7 March 1975. Whittle's kidnapping and murder dominated national headlines for 11 months. The investigation involved over 400 officers from the West Mercia Constabulary, Staffordshire and West Midlands police forces and the Metropolitan Police.[1][2]

Whittle, aged 17, was kidnapped from her home in Highley, Shropshire, by Donald Neilson, who by that time had committed over 400 burglaries and three murders. He was known to the British press as the Black Panther, for the black balaclava he wore during robberies of post offices.

Neilson held Whittle in an underground drainage shaft of a reservoir at Bathpool Park in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire. He had placed a hood over her head, left her naked, and tethered her to the side of the shaft by a wire noose.[3] After what was later seen as a bungled police operation, including two failed attempts to engage with Neilson's demand for a ransom of £50,000, her body was found hanging in the shaft on 7 March 1975.

Harold Frederick Shipman (14 January 1946 – 13 January 2004), known to acquaintances as Fred Shipman, was an English general practitioner who is believed to be one of the most prolific serial killers in modern history. On 31 January 2000, he was found guilty of the murder of 15 patients under his care; his total number of victims was approximately 250. Shipman was sentenced to life imprisonment with the recommendation that he never be released.[4] He committed suicide, hanging himself in his cell at HM Prison Wakefield, West Yorkshire on 13 January 2004, a day before his 58th birthday.

The Shipman Inquiry, a two-year-long investigation of all deaths certified by Shipman, which Dame Janet Smith chaired, examined Shipman's crimes. The inquiry identified 218 victims and estimated his total victim count at 250, about 80 percent of whom were elderly women. Shipman's youngest confirmed victim was a 41-year-old man, although suspicion arose that he had killed patients as young as four.[3][5] He is the only British doctor to have been found guilty of murdering his patients, although other doctors have been acquitted of similar crimes or convicted on lesser charges.[6]

Mary Flora Bell (born 26 May 1957)[3] is an English woman who murdered two preschool-age boys in Scotswood, Newcastle upon Tyne in 1968.[4] The first killing happened when she was 10 years old. In both instances, Bell informed her victim he had a sore throat, which she would massage before proceeding to strangle him.[5]

Bell was convicted of both murders in December 1968 in a trial held at Newcastle Assizes when she was 11 years old and in which her actions were judged to have been committed under diminished responsibility.[6] Her accomplice in at least one of the murders, 13-year-old Norma Joyce Bell (no relation), was acquitted of all charges.[4]

Frederick Walter Stephen West (29 September 1941 – 1 January 1995) was an English serial killer who committed at least 12 murders between 1967 and 1987 in Gloucestershire, the majority with his second wife, Rosemary West.

All the victims were young women. At least eight of these murders involved the Wests' sexual gratification and included rape, bondage, torture and mutilation; the victims' dismembered bodies were typically buried in the cellar or garden of the Wests' Cromwell Street home in Gloucester, which became known as the "House of Horrors". Fred is known to have committed at least two murders on his own, while Rose is known to have murdered Fred's stepdaughter, Charmaine. The couple were arrested and charged in 1994.

Conservatives are wrong about this, of course.

Neither possessing guns nor the Second Amendment have anything to do with ‘freedom.’

Our freedom is protected by the First Amendment, not the Second.

Our freedom is protected by the rule of law and our democratic institutions, not the possession of firearms.

Insurrectionist dogma is as ridiculous as it is wrong and meritless; it was never the Framers’ intent to amend the Constitution to authorize the destruction of the Republic they had just created.

The second amendment is about the right to defend one's self. That was the purpose of allowing guns in the population.
our freedoms are protected by all the above. When the government can take away one of those rights they can take them all, because that means they no longer respect the people. We can already see the governments lack of respect for us as they afford themselves rights we don't possess even as they talk down to us.
