The last couple months have seen God smite Texas with awful floods . Houston is now lake Houston.

As a us senator his responsibility as senator is to represent the constitutional interests of the state in Washington. What interest in Washington does the state need right now?

As he has nothing he can do in his office his remaining duties are as a private citizen. Is there any evidence he isn't raising money or encouraging assistance?
