Anyone "playing" this knockout game needs to be locked up. That said, how many times have you seen a black knock out a white person? Until now that is pretty much all I have seen. Now how many times have you heard the term "hate crime" used to describe the despicable attacks?

The white Texas man facing federal hate crime charges for allegedly slugging a 79-year-old black man in a “knockout game” assault was denied bail Friday for an attack prosecutors say was racially motivated.

So all those videos we've seen of blacks punching out whites are not evidence of hate crimes? This is fucking messed up. Hate is hate. Personally, I think the hate crime law is stupid because it's clearly aimed at one race and the fact is that you cannot know what is in someone's mind. In other crimes, it's not necessary to figure out the motive because it's often impossible to do. There are always theories, but it's not required to prove the "why" when charging and prosecuting someone. With hate crimes, it's all about the mindset and there is NO way to prove that. It's all assumed.

Random crimes tend to be more serious because everyone is at risk, as opposed to a crime of passion where only the wife and her lover were in danger, for example. The knockout game is all about hitting random people and most of the perps reported have been minorities. It doesn't even matter what the race is, just that this gang-style game is hurting people across the country and no one is safe if they encounter one of these pukes.

The fact that the game is called Polar Bear Hunting by some gangs does add the racial element. If authorities ignore that for minority offenders and jump to the conclusion that it's a hate crime for white offenders, then they become the racists.

In my opinion this has to do with the liberals treating blacks, gay, and others as inferiors. In other words the white man is the standard that they measure the rest. If a white man attacks a gay or black that certainly isn't fair so the gays and blacks need to be protected. Yet if the other way around then the white guy just had it coming for being all superior and all.

Again, the result is always the opposite of the stated liberal intent. They say they want equality but they make laws that make people unequal. They make laws that show their true feelings about so called minorities.

It's evidence of many individuals committing crimes. As far as a court of law is concerned, none of it suffices to get inside the minds of the assailants. The guy who is now being charged is only being charged with a hate crime because he made a video on his phone where he explicitly stated he wanted to target a black man. If one of these black kids gets caught with something like that, the Feds will have the ammunition they need to charge him with a hate crime too.
