If most 5th graders can do it, then why the **** can't any of our other Congress critters be as well educated?
Question is...............could YOU do it completely from memory, and have it be right the first time? I know I probably couldn't. One of the things that would mess me up is the exact location of each and every capitol.
I can do it for the western half of the U.S. though..........that's where I lived a lot of my life growing up.
