Just witnessed Ted Cruz outside a funeral memorial giving a political stump speech.
Never mind that everybody who has ever known him says he's a sick sociopath liar and manipulator, I've just seen it for myself.
The thing is, he's not very bright -- he lacks the self-awareness of how glaring his phony attempt at mimicking real human emotions is. Most sociopaths are better at that part -- appearing human. He's not.
Which begs the question -- who are the people following him? What drives them? People of low self-worth and critical thinking abilities perhaps? People desperate and afraid.
