But, if you look at the EM it's a warning not to do the things Cruz alleges.....Isn't that sort of the whole point to put out a warning when employees overstep?

Now I'm sure such discrimination happens on a regular basis with this administration but be above board about it and bring forth witnesses to support it.....Small wonder everyone hates Congress and hates congressional "hearings" even more.

The way I see it, State Dept employees are reporting they are no longer allowed to hire these people because of guidance coming from this "diversity" wokester's office.
I see it as a whistleblower type situation calling it out & stating that, although it is illegal, it is happening.
For her to pretend she knows nothing about this subject comes across as disingenuous at best.
