Team USA skiers spark Olympic boycott calls after saying they have 'mixed emotions' about representing America

Maybe they can have "mixed emotions" about letting him back into the country, take a few days to come grips with it, and he can wait in the airport until they do.
Like I posted, if this little twirp has "mixed emotions" about representing America then he should have given up his spot to a skier proud to represent America.

I don't know what he was thinking and can only say I would have most likely dodged the question in hopes of not further degrading the situation, and remained focused on why I was actually in Milan.

"I'm here to ski and I am going to try to win."

But hey, I wasn't in Milan and he was, so no "mulligan" for him.

I have to believe the team coaches would have talked to the athletes on how to conduct themselves in an interview. But maybe not, could be the coaches are all Woke too.

You were defending Germany saying Hitler basically didnt start WWII.

BS **** that POS
I had already stated as to who started WWII - if you cant read and comprehend, then you got a serious issue not me.

For the unintelligible:
Hitler and his Nazi gang started a war in Europe - due to racial/political ideologies.
Japans raid on Pearl, turned it into a WW.

Americans are threatening to boycott the Winter Olympics after some Team USA members expressed “mixed emotions” about representing the Stars and Stripes.

Freestyle skier Hunter Hess ignited the firestorm Friday after telling reporters that wearing the American flag doesn’t mean he backs everything “going on” in the US.

“It brings up mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now,” Hess said at a press conference ahead of competition.

Florida Rep. Byron Donalds blasted the athletes Saturday.

“YOU chose to wear our flag. YOU chose to represent our country. YOU chose to compete at the @Olympics,” Donalds (R-Fla.) wrote on X. “If that’s too hard for you, then GO HOME. Some things are bigger than politics. You just don’t get it.”

If they were handing out gold metals for jerks Hunter would stand center podium.
Part of the problem is once again the media asking these questions, provoking a response. The athletes should have the ball’s to ignore the question. What does it have to do with sports?
Great, terminate their passports and let them stay in Italy....boo hoo.

Hell, ICE is already over there. Maybe they should "investigate" these malcontents. Prolly domestic terrists!

A simple question: Is the IOC a sports organization or a political one? If it is political, then why is it involved in sports, and if it is a sports organization, then why is it meddling in politics? It is not its job to assess political events in the world.
The IOC is the "International Olympic Committee" dedicated solely to the OLYMPIC games and it's "values/tradition". aka Olympic movement. e.g. participants from warring nations can be excluded. see ancient Greek policies pertaining to the Olympics.
Also the IOC could vote/opt against a participation of women - however they voted in 1900 to allow for female participants.

Furthermore any NGO (depending on it's "statutes" and it's members have the right a be active in politics or social/societal issues and therefore is free to voice it's stance onto e.g. politics, etc. etc.

The International Olympic Committee Statues allow for banning a country from participating in the Olympics as an action against:
  • The country’s politics (e.g. apartheid in South Africa, 1964-1992)
  • Doping violations (Russia, 2020)
  • War and aggression (Germany and Japan, 1948)
  • Non-Compliance with IOC Rules (Kuwait, 2010 & 2015)
  • Human rights violations and any form of discrimination.

Therefore any nation is also free to bar the IOC from their respective political entity. Aka Russia or USA is free to ban the IOC from holding Olympic games in Russia or the USA. However the latter had "applied" to host the games !!!

The IOC finances itself 100% out of it's own means; e.g. Radio & Broadcast rights, Marketing rights, ticket sales, etc. aka an NGO.

Although it might have been a bit optimistic on his part, Adolf Hitler had plans on invading South America before going through Central America and working his way up to the United States with the Port of New Orleans being the entry.
He had another plan that involved taking Bermuda before heading to Norfork.

And another plan that should he have succeeded in Russia, involved a three-prong attack with Germany coming from the north through Alaska, the Japanese hitting the west coast, and using either or both plans already mentioned coming from the east.
The Third Reich was shooting for the world, I don't think they cared too much about the Japanese either, and probably would have fought them after using them.

Buy hey, whatever, because it never happened.

The USA in 1920 - 1945 and later didn't give a **** about "Humanity" or Negros, Jews, Gypsies, Slavs, Chinese, Asians or the Soviets aka Communists. If the USA would have cared for Jews - millions could have been saved - and an Israel wouldn't exist in the Middle-East - but if at all in the USA (Arizona) or maybe in Australia.
Pearl or not the U.S. would have eventually fought that POS
Off course - World domination aspired by the USA since latest 1898 led from a European war in 1914 to a WWI.

Same goes for WWII - you tried to **** the Japanese economy, and thus hinder their Asian Hegemony, which gave you Pearl.

The USA - rightfully - judged the NAZI system, aka Germany to be the far greater danger to US World Hegemony.

Yes we could have but didnt. Bur WE DIDNT EXTERMINATE THEM. Germans??

Yeah the Greatest Generation killed a lot of Germans. They were evil bitches

Yes we could have but didnt.
Exactly - The USA was on of the greatest - indirect supporters, that enabled Hitlers race policy.
And the USA continues to - promote/enable genocide - especially against Palestinians since the 30'ies who never persecuted nor enacted genocide against Jews.
Bur WE DIDNT EXTERMINATE THEM. Germans??
Yes - simply because no US President ever managed to establish a totalitarian regime - which enabled racial/political motivated genocide. Not even your pathological fraudster and narcissistic liar will manage to do this - "puff" there goes your dream - sorry.
Yeah the Greatest Generation killed a lot of Germans. They were evil bitches
Who ever made them or called them "Germany's greatest generation"? - evil bitches like those MAGA dolts ???
