That was the worse article I think Fox news has ever written. First, there was no lawsuit as it would not have been settled that quickly. Second, the principal merely changed his mind after reviewing the facts of the matter and realized there was no harm intended or realized. That is why the poster was allowed. The only fault I have is the principal took far too long to resolve the issue.

If you read the article. it is horrible written and eventually says what I just stated. Fox News got an earful from me in an email about the poor quality of journalism in the article.

I am glad this was resolved in the teacher's favor.
