Sure....door not locked at 2am....totally cool. Happens all the time. What's the big deal. I walze into our local City Hall all the time at 2 am....especially on election days.

No, he said they weren't charged with anything.

Obviously they were trespassing, but the Sheriff decided not to charge them. Trespassing is still a crime, whether you are charged or not.
