I was in Austin Saturday and Sunday and didn’t see this at all, so I am unsure where the hell that happened at.

I was in South Austin and Sunset Valley region and didn’t see a thing except the typical Homeless near the Target and going down Menchaca road.

I drive in on the 71 from Bastrop during the weekend and I drive all over Austin except Downtown and East side because of traffic and other reasons.
