That is where I found my cat Elijah when she was a kitten. On a double yellow line in the center of a two lane busy road. She wouldn't get off the double line after having been bumped by the wheel of a truck a few cars in front of me! She rolled onto the line! She was less than a pound. Just a streak of lightning! She is still very fast. It looks like they helped to usher him to the side of the road in the end. Good rescue video...
