You mean tested positive more than once. The PCR test has about a 1.5% false-positive rate. Test 10 million people, and you have 150,000 false positives. There are other explanations as well.

Getting COVID provides better protection than any of the vaccines, as you body makes antibodies against the real virus, not a man-made spike protein (mRNA) or weakened form of the virus derived from monkeys (J&J).

Early in the plandemic, Fauci told us that the US had nothing to worry about, and he criticized Trump fro closing the border to China.

Fauci told us there was "no reason" to wear a mask.

Later, Fauci wore two masks outdoors, after being fully vaccinated.

In March 2020, he said China's measures to control the spread of COVID were "draconian" and there would be no need to do similar in the US. Just two weeks later, he started pushing "flatten the curve."

On March 9th, 2020, he said taking a cruise is okay. This was followed by a hug outbreak on a cruise ship. with passengers quarantined for weeks.

Fauci funded the development of the biological weapon COVID-19 which China released upon the world and supposedly killed nearly 600,000 Americans to-date.

The point is, Fauci is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, and Politician Rand Paul speaks more Science than Fauci does. Degrees often mean squat. As someone else mentioned, another example is Climate Scientists. Another one is Gender Studies folks who will tell you that someone with a Y chromosome is a female.
