The problem with all of this isn't that Trump officials were talking to foreigners. Show me law that states a private businessman isn’t allowed to talk to Russians.

The problem is what Obama did with this information. He was supposed to safeguard it and instead he made sure it was spread all over the place....by Executive Order. We have his own actions on paper as proof. Obama amended Executive Order 12333 just over a week before leaving office to allow the sharing of raw data with officials other than the NSA. This opened the door to allow someone like Susan Rice to gather raw data on the Trump transition team. Before only NSA officials were allowed to know the names of Americans that were monitored. FISA court rules were relaxed to the point that all Susan Rice had to say was this was a matter of national security. No warrants.
