There was no 'Intel' collected. The Directors of both the NSA and FBI both testified under oath before congress declaring that the information collected through 'incidental collection' was found to be of NO FOREIGN INTEL VALUE.

At that point the information was considered PROTECTED classified PERSONAL information. The fact that Obama chose to share / direct the sharing of PROTECTED personal classif9ied information that had NO INTEL VALUE with holdovers in 16 Intel agencies proves Obama facilitated, for political reasons, the later illegal acts of Felony Espionage by those holdovers who leaked that information.
