Supreme Court limits key provision of the landmark Voting Rights Act

Dupe

So you are all for poor behavior because someone else did it?

What's that called, the "he made me do it" argument?

Im for no one doing it but support and eye for an eye unless they agree to all stop.

Here is issue I have with the court. OK, they ruled this Gerrymandered voting block was unconstitutional.

How does one decide what gerrymandered blocks are unconstitutional and which aren't?

If they would have ruled gerrymandering was unconstitutional, I would have cheered the ruling. All they did was make a bigger mess.
When a voting district is created that looks like a randomly drawn line which looks like a winding river across a state, it’s obviously gerrymandering.

You are such a liar. Maybe you should start with the NE.
Buddy. I love you but you are stupid. You have no idea what gerrymandering is. Are you ok wiping out all gerrymandering? I am. Northeast, southeast, everywhere. And as such I fully support the bill to eradicate it.

CA and VA did outlaw it. Your cult un-outlawed it in both places.

California is now currently in a gerrymander the state in a way which places over 90% of their representation under Democrats control. That’s odd considering around 40% of their population is Republican

Not odd - it sucks. One party rule sucks, and you can see the mess it's gotten us into.

Not what I asked.

So it's not unconstitutional for a party to manipulate voting districts simply form their advantage?

According to the courts, no, which is why we need laws passed making it illegal
