i heard about it from folks on the board, because here in Japan on Armed Forces Network they do not show the commericals during the broadcast...

now though they're playing it on the Pentagon Channel and the other AFN channels...

it is a moving, wonderful commerical.

After the Persian Gulf War, our unit had a very similar experience. We were one of the first units to return since we were one of the first to deploy. On the way back, we flew into JFK and although we never entered the main terminal, we were behind a glass partition in the International area and when the people on the other side of the glass saw all of us, they started clapping, whoop'n and hollerin and stuff and we all felt so proud.

I loved the commercial!
