Saw the movie tonight. Just got home. Quite impressed. Want to think about it.

I actually saw the plane in the Hudson River after it landed. I was at a friend's apartment in West New York New Jersey. The Hudson River is right outside her balcony. I also the second plane hit the second twin towers. I used to work across the street from the twins.

I realize it is a different story of course...but he just did Captain Phillips. Just don't know how I feel about Hanks playing the same kind of character back to back like this?

Read the book........that was very good. I heard the movie shows Sully appearing before the Fed Board soon after the incident happened; where in real life, there was a year and a half delay. Will wait til it comes out on DVD to see it.
