GOOD! Hes annoying.
He told everyone he lost weight just eating there. He didnt say he ate only 6" subs on wheat with NOTHING but veggies...no meat...no sauce.
So now...he has fat asses ordering footlong meatball subs with extra cheese and bacon on white bread baked with cheese in it...and adding 200 more calories of oil....and add some chips and cookies and a soda......and saying "Its Subway im gonna lose weight"
...and exercising. Woulda lost the weight regardless eating more sensibly.
The meat is irrelevant. That's just (mostly) protein. What would have lost the weight would be losing the wheat. I did that when I lived in an apartment with no kitchen and was going to the Subway up the street -- all I did was switch from sandwiches to salads. My food intake went
up and my weight went down 40 pounds. Because I had cut the wheat out.
But that's kind of ironic for a store founded on the idea of sandwiches.
