I haven’t posted something like this in a long time but i feel the need to speak out. The level of stupidity that has come out during this pandemic is truly astonishing. For example, this man decided to wear a mask with a swastika in order to prove his discontent with the current lock down state of San Diego. First of all, whatever message that your trying to convey by doing this is NOT being heard. You just look like a nazi sympathizer, fool. But most importantly, This is SO offensive to the jewish people and anyone who’s family was affected by the holocaust. But this leads me to my next point...to the people comparing the current shut downs and mask wearing enforcement to Hitler and the Nazi regime... How ignorant are you??. If you are someone who thinks this then you have no true understanding or respect to what the Holocaust actually was. Govt shutting down the economy and enforcing face covering rules in order to stop the spread of this deadly virus and help protect YOU and others is NOT AT ALL the same as the govt sending you to a concentration camp, gas chamber, or burning you alive based on your religion, political affiliations, sexual orientation, etc. Sorry to be graphic, but that’s just the reality of what happened under Hitlers dictatorship and maybe it needs to be stated over and over until these people get that this is NOT the same. Also Instead of the president tweeting to “liberate these states” in response he should have been condemning this comparison to show this is no way acceptable. This sounds like bait and switch. The mask protester was negatively comparing the Covid cabal to Nazis, not attacking Jews. Would you have felt better if his mask read "Virtue Signaling?"
