I actually admire parents who homeschool their children. Everything I've read says the kids are more balanced, ready to meet life's challenges and are basically good kids

I know several who have done it very successfully. It takes a huge commitment but I wouldn't want my children (if I had any) exposed to the sick culture of the modern education system.
I did work for a large e-school prior to my retirement. We graduated more students than any school in Ohio. Unfortuately, politics got injected and the school closed, at which point I decided I'd had enough of the working world.
