Lack of standing since they couldn't prove "material damage".

Just means that someone else with standing will file suits.

#1, These are folks who completed a pre existing program for forgiveness, much like those PPP loans you guys always say "were never supposed to be paid back" whenever it's pointed out that the republicans who vote against student loan forgiveness had sometimes millions of dollars of them forgiven.

#2, When you figure in the interest and fees that were charged these folks have long since repaid their original obligations.

#3, There's no actual loss involved for the government, it's a writedown on a balance sheet.

So #4, you Putin loving bastards won't get the "relief" you hoped he would. The Ukrainians are gonna continue to kick his ass with US funds and equipment.

How it works: Colleges and Universities jacked up the price of degrees at multiple times the rate of inflation. Asshole Democrats enabled this with government back student loans. No lender would ever give that kind of money to students for a shit degree without the government guaranteeing the loan. They made it easy for mush brain students to go into debt up to their eyeballs.

Result: Now with over $1 trillion in student loan debt, instead of fixing the root cause (Dem's money kickback scheme) Dems propose just sticking taxpayers with the loans so they can continue with their money kickback scheme. Forgive the loans? We'll be right back here in 10 years with out of control student loan debt again.
