In WA, the court system that handles background checks for firearm purchases has been down for two weeks with no timeline for repair. The powers that be claim, "Oh well. Too bad." The state demands a 10 day waiting period. However gun buyers will have to start the process over even if it came on line today (still appears the fix is at least two weeks out) because the federal firearms form times out after 30 days. I think every gun owners group in the state should file a class action suit for all gun owners asking BILLIONS of $$$ for the violations of the 2nd amendment and illegally restricting gun owners' constitutional rights. WA legislators are famous for thumbing their noses at their constituents with no penalty. SMFH
Yes. Your driver's license entitles you to drive in all 50 states and likewise it is BS that you pass a background test and get a carry permit, but that only applies to YOUR state.
