The alleged mother of the 10-year-old girl at the center of a national story told a reporter on Thursday that the man accused of raping her daughter is the victim of slanderous lies.

Telemundo reporter María Vargas-Pion went to the house where law enforcement apprehended 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes, the man charged with raping the child.

The woman who opened the door identified herself as the mother of the young child, confirming the victim also lives there and that she is "fine." Shockingly, the woman, who refused to provide her name, claimed that everything being said about Fuentes is a "lie."

According to Vargas-Pion, the mother also confirmed that she refused to press charges against Fuentes.

Should we really be shocked about any of this since democrats are so brain dead and morally bankrupt? The mother just wants us to know how horrible the Ohio abortion laws are, however. just so you all know.

The entire story blew up in the collective face of the Left.

1. The rapist was an illegal immigrant

2. The Ohio doctor, if they exist, did not alert authorities like he or she should have done

3. The Ohio doctor, if he or she really exists, should have known that under Ohio law the little girl could have obtained an abortion under the current law.

4. The Indiana abortion doctor who alerted the media about the story, broke HIPPA rules by telling the media.

5. And now a democrat ,who is the mother of the child, does not want to press charges against the guilty rapist who has already admitted to having sex with the child.

The child should be taken away from the mother since she is obviously unfit.

The big story here is an illegal alien wetback jumped the border, raped a 10 y/o & the crazy mom doesn't care.
The doctors either filed false reports or didn't report it.
The girl could've qualified for an exemption & had an abortion because she is only 10.

Everything about this story is a tragedy or worse but progbots want to use it as some sort of gotcha.
