I had noted a looong time ago when he was indicted that the governments case hinged on classified evidence.
It was based on "trumped" up charges.
This is all meant to make Hillary feel better, and blame it on something other than her stupidity and inadequacy as a candidate. He did nothing wrong.
Thus, if he is not able to access all evidence in the discovery phase, this is not how the America legal system is supposed to work.
Did the jury have access to the DNC server? Of course not, they were just TOLD that the story was true.
We must accept that premise. Thus, by
fait accompli, as a pre-detirmined outcome of the Deep State, of course Stone was predetermine to be guilty.
If you accept the bogus premises on which the Mueller report was based, if you were even dumb enough to be sucker in to reading that garbage heap of propaganda and not skeptical enough to ASK why the FBI did not demand the server from CROWD-STRIKE, then, of course STONE is guilty, as his defense never was able to see all the government's evidence.
Why? Because the government classified it, and told the jury, "IF you are a good American, you will believe us when we tell you, the evidence we have is true."
End of story.
Stone's petition was rejected outright. NOPE, YOU CANNOT SEE THE EVIDENCE WE HAVE AGAINST YOU.
Basically, HE DENIES THE DNC WAS HACKED.
IT might not have been but the government just says, "trust us, it was."

Court Denies Stone's Motion to Dismiss Charges
A judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has denied motions from Roger Stone to dismiss the charges pending against him, enjoin the prosecution of those charges and compel the government to provide discovery related to its decision to indict him in the first place. The charges in question were brought by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team in January 2019. While Judge Amy Berman Jackson noted that the government would need to provide Stone with the redacted sections of the special counsel’s report that pertain to him, she added that “the defense has not identified any legal grounds that would support” the motions in question. The document can be read here and below:
