Rick Chow's store, after the non guilty verdict

No one, but the Chows know whether the kid pulled his gun or not. Evidence does show he was shot in the back though. Unfortunately for him, SC law says that all you need is the belief that your life is in danger, not whether it actually is or not, in order for lethal force to be allowed. Oh and for anyone who thinks they're fine with this, it works both ways. This is what happens when you live in a shit hole red state. It's one thing to protect your store from some little shit head, but chasing after someone for 130 yards because you thought they stole water is not self defense.

Good law.

It doesn't matter how far he chased him. 130 yds or 130 miles. That's irrelevant.

Yeah, he really didn’t have a right to carry that weapon. But hey, glad to see you are on board with gun rights.
They're fine with guns, as long as they're used to kill white people. It's those armed white people defending themselves for left wing violence and violent black and brown people that are the 'gun problem' they're sniveling about needing 'gun control'.

Dalton Eatherly gets attacked by a black guy. Shoots him in self defense, and get's a $1 million bond. And when he raised that much money from a gofundme type thing, the judge wouldn't let him use it for his bond.

These black people have our justice system all screwed up.

I'm glad to see Chow finally out of jail & free. But I doubt Dalton will be so lucky. He'll be railroaded like the McMichael's were.

Correct, but in any sane world it would. Oh and btw, that same SC law would have would have allowed Cyrus to turn around and shoot both Chows and then get away with murder, but at least, he would have had a better reason. Would you still be calling it a "good law" then?

Can we stuff this incident into next year's "Black History Month?" I think we should celebrate ALL of black history to get a real feel for ALL they've contributed to society over the decades.
No, the only crime wee can talk about is the lynching of blacks. other than that we have to stick to MLK, slavery and such.
