It's been posted on their website for all users that have access....basically all county employees in every state. Never been changed once they were sold originally since 2008.

Again, it was leaked to the public years ago by Republicans who abused their positions as election officials who shared it with others. It's a secure system unless a trusted person with access abuses that trust.
