No Counties over 2500 Residents can Hand Count ( Shasta County 190k Residents ) and there are less than 6 Counties that meet that requirement out of 58 Counties

Trump had an excellent strategy of winning by so much that most of the cheating would fall short and he would also win the popular vote so the left couldn't claim he didn't really win. The latest they have tried is claiming that Trump didn't get to 50% of the vote, even though he stands at 49.9%.
