RFKjr needs to focus, at some point, on steroids. A high school male wants big muscles, for sports, to attract women, to be big and tough etc. It is too tempting for someone that age to get suckered into going on steroids without understanding the consequences.

American male kids have lower testosterone now than in the past.

Why?

"Low testosterone (hypogonadism) in men is generally caused by aging, obesity, chronic illness, or underlying medical conditions like pituitary dysfunction or testicular damage. Natural, gradual decline begins after age 30, but rapid reduction is usually linked to severe lifestyle factors (poor sleep, stress) or medical issues like infections or chemotherapy"

THE DOCTOR doesn't fully agree here. When a man takes steroids, his DNA responds. His male children will have their DNA "programmed" to expect to take steroids during life, and hence the DNA programs the body not to produce as much testosterone. THAT's the cause of American males having less testosterone.

Steroids are addictive, cause premature aging, anger and mental problems etc. For women, testosterone causes sexual transing, the woman essentially becomes her biological male twin. In the mid 1990s, I encountered one of the original female bodybuilders at a gym in San Diego. She was really beautiful a decade earlier. As much as she tried to hide it, it was there. She was shaving. Her face had grown in the jaw area. Her face was that of her ficticious male bio twin. She was a man. She sounded like Stallone. SAD...

RFKjr, please look into this issue, it is extremely important that young people GET THE FACTS on STEROIDS before bowing to the pressure of the football coach etc. to take them.

People know the dangers of steroid use. Its a risk reward scenario.

Schwarzenegger being the most famous example. Steroids always go for the heart.

Steroids appear to "accelerate aging."

That for the bodybuilder to do heavy bench press two days in a row, the steroids allow him to do that by accelerating his ability to heal, hence "speeding up his life."
