Funny, you didn't ask that when Biden was allowing illegals to flood in, but only now that Trump is getting the worst of the worst of them out.

What law would we be following, that we are not already following? The law that says no government agency can ever make an administrative error?

If Abrego Garcia were to actually be killed by the now defunct gang he claimed to fear, you could say that he was harmed by that error, and his wife might pursue a civil remedy. But he is alive and well, and has been transferred to a less harsh prison, evidently at Trump's request. Something the left has yet to thank Trump for.

As it stands, he lost nothing that was legally his by being sent to his country of citizenship. He has no right to be in the U.S. that was taken away by his deportation, and no right under El Salvador law that was taken away when El Salvador put him in prison.

The law has been followed, and will continue to be enforced under Trump, which is what Democrats are angry about.
