Its a strange quirk that they only seem to apply when conservatives want to hurt people.
I dont understand how "srtate rights " apply when you want to deny abortions to desperate people but not when trump wants to starve them.

There was only 19 million on SNAP near five years ago. Abortion was a weeping wound in this nation. Giving the states control was common sense.
