State Of Callyfornia In Panic Mode. So Where Is Jerry Brown Hiding This Time?

After one terror attack and what happened in LA today, you would think that the gubernator Moonball would have come to the mike and tell his legal and illegal residents that they have nothing to worry about, or, they need to go into defcon three or four mode.
So why isn't Governor Brown saying anything? Maybe it's because he is for open borders and now everyone in California has just seen what the outcome will be if Brown just lets anyone into his state?
Anyone else wondering about the Moonball? Cat got his private parts? {well why would any cat want his tounge?}
