Bull. Shit. Not surprising coming from you.Nobody was threatening them, they were the ones brandishing weapons, an act usually considered to be threatening.

Sorry retard, as soon as your beloved thugs broke the gate and entered a gated community they were trespassing. The photos of them on their property were already posted here earlier. Your yard is your property.LOL no one broke & entered onto their property.
Unrepentant criminals are republican heros.St. Louis couple who flashed guns at protesters plead guilty to misdemeanors, forfeit firearms
Mark and Patricia McCloskey were charged with felonies last year after they were recorded brandishing guns at protesters and previously pleaded not guilty.
Nasty face (per nature apparently) and pointing the firearm at others which in my state is considered an assault.they were 'menacing'?
How were they 'menacing'?
did they point their firearms at them?
let off a few warning shots?
make nasty faces?
Well then if someone threatened her why didn't she shoot? No dumbfuck, they were protecting themselves after one of your beloved savages threatened the woman. News flash: breaking down the gate at the entrance means they were trespassing Maybe you should stop lying. But that means you need to never speak again.....
They must not have been too fearful, they didn't use their weapons.you ignored the part where they broke into the private community. They had every right to fear for their safety, it was completely reasonable
You're not allowed to defend your house and home in America. You have to hire an attorney, with a private investigator, with a process server,, all billing by the hour, and file a lawsuit in court and have the goons "served" with a eviction notice with 30 days warning to get off your property, and by then they have tenants rights..Protecting their home and themselves against goons threatening them. What's the problem here?
I can't believe how close to accurate that isYou're not allowed to defend your house and home in America. i thought they did…hence the fact they were chargedThey must not have been too fearful, they didn't use their weapons.
Self defense is not a crimeWhen actually they were just confused and unethical and were committing crimes.
No problem for law-abiding, patriotic Americans such as you and I. But for commies like the OP such expressions of American freedom burn hotter than the sun's surface.Protecting their home and themselves against goons threatening them. What's the problem here?
You can't use your Second Amendment rights to block someone's First Amendment rights.
All rights are equal. Most would say the First Amendment is the most important right of all. It's what we practice on usmessageboard
How strange that you completely left out that they are lawyers, who may be disciplined by the state board. These are not the same standards everyone else has to abide by to maintain their licensing and employment. You do get that, right?
Can you show them being threatened?Bull. Shit. Not surprising coming from you.
Your First Amendment rights do not entitle you to trespass on private property, and to threaten the safety of the rightful occupants of that property.
Right. Harassment and assault are. Thank you Captain Obvious.Self defense is not a crime
Oops, you made the same mistake, even after i spelled it out for you. No, lawyers do not have a right to practice law or to commit the crimes of harassment and assault.Do lawyers have any less rights than other citizens, to defend themselves and their homes against mobs of subhuman criminal pieces of shit?
You butcher the meaning of words like a thanksgiving turkeyRight. Harassment and assault are.
