St. Louis Couple Who Waved Guns At BLM Protesters Face Suspension Of Their Law Licenses

Nasty face (per nature apparently) and pointing the firearm at others which in my state is considered an assault.

And yes that apparently amounts to menacing under MO law since they were convicted, in the very least without looking at the applicable statutes it's brandishing.

Hey dumbfuck, those thugs were on their property shooting their mouths off making threats. Then got scared when their bullshit got called out.

Neither of which happened here. Thugs trespassing.
If you think these protestors should have been shot because they were trespassing (that's not how our trespass laws work by the way), then by that line of reasoning, Ashli Babbitt deserved to be shot and killed since according to you all, she was "only" trespassing on January 6th when the mob she was a part of stormed the Capital (we know that's not what she was actually doing though).

You're nothing more than a hypocrite and a not very bright one to boot.

Their behavior was so craven and morally depraved, that they cannot be trusted to be on the correct side of public safety.
Nonsense

For your sake I hope you are willing to defend your home if that time ever comes

The couple embarrassed the liberal mayor and city council who were not doing their job of keeping order and protecting the public

And you're so excited you just can't hide it, huh? Don't bother trying to cover that Chinese flag tattoo with long sleeves; we can smell it on you from miles away. This couple ought to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
The couple are American heroes.

You're not supposed to pull your weapon to threaten or intimidate someone. If you pull it out there better be a threat imminently bearing down on you that can cause grievous bodily injury or death according to self-defense laws.

Otherwise you get charged for threatening and menacing others with a firearm.

Someone walking past your home, or stepping onto your lawn or even stomping your petunias is NOT legal grounds, even as a trespass to take out a gun and point it at them.

So if you live in a Democrat controlled county and you protect your property against the destructive Negro and Communist filth then they get to destroy you?

Yet it is precisely what is being argued in court, by the State board asking for their licenses to be suspended.

The nutty couple should certainly hope their defense in court is more skillful than your defense.

They broke through a gate. The MOB made threats
Was it their gate or the gate into the gated community where they live? You still don't get to menace people with a firearm for trespass as you all kept pointing out, erroneously I might add, in any thread dealing with the poor decisions made by Ashli Babbett on January 6th at the U.S. Capital.

More to the point, if they were indeed threatened, why didn't they shoot anyone?

You can't be this stupid. The gun in the deterrent.
You may display your firearm when you feel like your life is in danger, or that you are acting in defense of another person. Some defenses to brandishing a firearm charge could include: If you had acted in self-defense.Jun 16, 2021

A person in California is allowed to brandish a weapon or firearm as a means of defending himself or another person. For example, a man is walking down a deserted street late at night when he is approached by a group of young men who demand his wallet. The man pulls out a gun and the young men run away

A Missouri man who aimed an AR-15 rifle at protesters marching past his home on Sunday said he and his wife were threatened by protesters who allegedly forced their way onto his property and threatened to kill him and his family, according to a report from the KSDK-TV

Stomping the petunias? Are you sure about that?

Anyway, the protesters were going to the mayor's house, not theirs, and they never would have given the McCloskeys' property a second glance if the couple wasn't sitting on their porch holding guns like a couple of scaredy ass assholes.

I'll be surprised though if the court removes their licenses.
