Hmmmm........ Been through BC, Alberta, and the NWT, up to Yellowknife. Don't think that I will visit Saskatchewan any sooner than June.

I've seen snow in June in Saskatchewan.

Seen the same in the high country of Eastern Oregon, but it goes away in a couple of days, usually quicker than that.
