Spring is here

Spring has finally arrived in my town. We usually are made aware of this fact by being able to open a widow without freezing, only to here our neighbour yell at her son ALL day...."KEEEEEEEERN" or "AHEM". That kid can tune anything out.

Anyway, just venting.

I hate you! Everything is wet, dirty, and I'm watching flurries fall. Oh, the crocus are out, but the just laid grass has been frozen. :coffee3: Chicago sucks in the early spring!

I still wore cobalt blue and melon today!

i can live with a river. My cousin almost drowned one spring in Calgary. She went home without a boot.

There's lots of beaches along the river, with sand and stuff.

LOL! I'm from Chicago area. All our rivers are green/brown. Heck most can't even sustain carp! I like BIG bodies of water, even if cold! Here's Lake Michigan at the end of June:

Although not lake Michigan, a few of my favorite lakes and beaches along the Ottawa.

This one is within walking distance from my house.

Yeah, that looks good! I think I told you that in high school, went on a Canoe trip through Canadian Waters. Gorgeous! Well, the leeches sucked, literally, but it was beautiful and clean!
