Smith has pattern and should have been disbarred years ago.

He had been banished to Europe because of his numerous embarrassments.

Then Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco brought him here to further divide America.

The Indictment charging former President Trump with four felonies connected to the election outcome in November 2020 was returned on August 1, 2023.

There are dozens of defendants arrested and charged in connection with the events of January 6 protests in January and February 2021. Some of them remain in custody awaiting trial nearly 1000 days after their arrests.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is proposing a trial date— in the very same courthouse where those J6 cases have languished for as many as 30 months — for the Trump case that would be only 133 days — 4.5 months — after the indictment.

Ignore the media and commentators saying the proposed “Trial Date” is January 2. The proposed trial date is December 11 — trials start with jury selection. The attorneys are all there, the judge his there, and the defendant is there. Problems in jury selection — and there are certain to be many in this case if there is actually an effort to hold it in the District of Columbia — can bring trials to a halt. Jury selection is as much a part of the trial as are closing arguments and jury instructions.

So, based on the proposed schedule, this SCO claims this trial should start December 11 — 133 days after Trump was indicted.

Delusional fantasy.

Trump will WIN and fire all the Liberal losers, prosecutors, DOJ, Schumer, Schiff, free all the Jan 6th prisoners and Make America Great Again!
