We charge people who hide classified government documents and don’t comply with subpoenas.Nope, Trump was charged because he was running against Xiden.
If he didn't, he wouldn't have been charged. We don't charge people actively working with the NARA, that shows lack of intent.
Actually only a moron would care about a nothing Burger such as this. It was all partisan politics by an illegitimate dishonest regime. UnprecedentedYou think Trump declassified “all” those documents. Only a moron would think that.
National security is nothing to you.Actually only a moron would care about a nothing Burger such as this. It was all partisan politics by an illegitimate dishonest regime. Unprecedented
We don't even know what was in the documents so you saying that is quite presumptuous.National security is nothing to you.
Your cult is detached from reality.
We don’t know because they’re classified. We don't even know what was in the documents so you saying that is quite presumptuous.
Why not? People can rise from the dead after 3 days.^^^Says a guy who believes men get pregnant.
The FBI did not first seek consent to effectuate the search. Mr. D’Antuono recounted a meeting between FBI and Department officials during which the Department assertively pushed for the FBI to promptly execute the search warrant.12 Based upon his over-20-year tenure at the FBI, Mr. D’Antuono testified that he believed that the FBI, prior to resorting to a search warrant, should have sought consent to search the premises. He testified that this outcome would have been “the best thing for all parties” involved— “[f]or the FBI, for former President Trump, and for the country . . . .” Mr. D’Antuono indicated a belief that either you or Director Christopher Wray made the decision to seek a search warrant, despite opposition from the line agents working this case in the WFO. Following that meeting, Mr. D’Antuono described how Justice Department counterintelligence official George Toscas—who also reportedly worked on the “Crossfire Hurricane and Clinton email investigations”—told him that FBI agents were ready to execute the warrant.16 Mr. D’Antuono pushed back on the Department for trying to unilaterally allocate FBI resources. Was this agent at Mar a Lago on June 3rd?
well that's not what the law requires. We charge people who hide classified government documents and don’t comply with subpoenas.
Then why didn’t Trump challenge the subpoena?well that's not what the law requires.
People are allowed to challenge a subpoena.
Moreover, we don't charge people that hide classified documents, as evident that Xiden wasn't charged.
Nope, Trump was charged because he was running against Xiden.
You don’t answer the question. Was he at Mar a Lago on Jun 3rd?The FBI did not first seek consent to effectuate the search. Because he’s a selfish, narcissistic asshole. And yet, no one has yet even proposed a nefarious purpose that Trump might have had for keeping these documents, which he had the power to declassify before they were removed from Federal property.
As with all other cases against Trump, civil and criminal, they are all bullshit.
Then why didn’t Trump challenge the subpoena?
I think the FBI has them, they have turned out to be corrupt. Partly because of people like youWe don’t know because they’re classified.
If they were declassified, we’d know.
Trump had them but kept them to himself. The public had a right to know their contents since he declassified the information.I think the FBI has them, they have turned out to be corrupt. Partly because of people like you
Maybe we will find out now that Trump is president . He seems to be a fairly transparent individual , much better than what we have now. How about Biden's classified documents. Did we all have a right to know what was in those? How about Obama's classified documents?Trump had them but kept them to himself. The public had a right to know their contents since he declassified the information.
We only have a right to know what’s in unclassified documents.Maybe we will find out now that Trump is president . He seems to be a fairly transparent individual , much better than what we have now. How about Biden's classified documents. Did we all have a right to know what was in those? How about Obama's classified documents?
