The laws regarding classified docs are all presidential executive orders, and the current ones are in 2009 by Obama.
They are EO 13526, they are easy to read, and they clearly give all presidents permanent immunity for all classified docs made during their term.
That not only makes Smith guilty of perjury, but of trying to deliberately obstruct the up coming election.

Now all that you have to do is to hightlight the section where it says that the President-while in office or after leaving office- can hord boxes of classified documents inunsecured locations, or for that matter posess them at all after leaving office
