Dude, it is already over for America. It has been over for decades since the Patriot Act and a bunch of other actions giving tech agencies free shrift to bypass privacy and constitutional law.

It was originally rationalized as a means of catching drug dealers.

Now the Fed is the biggest drug dealer in America bringing in tons of fentanyl while they have coke parties at the WH dancing naked.

Then it was carried forward as a means of national security.

And that has stopped none of the actual nation security threats from 9/11 to Boston, to BLM in 2020 destroying 350 cities. Hasn't stopped a single school shooting.

In fact, drugs and crime are at an all time high.

And the one guy who DOES mention it, is under attack trying to stay out of jail.

For valuing his property favorably and paying back a bank loan in full on time.

The only other people involved, (other than Trump and those he hired to pretend to be Trump and maintain his account) with the subpoena is whomever the 10 direct messages found, went to.....

There was a gag order, preventing Trump from being told about the search warrant of his Twitter account and Musk fighting the subpoena a few months ago....and basically the appeals courts ruled in favor of Smith.

Much like here, where we thank or dislike or Love etc a post, we can see all of the users who made comment..... None of this is secret to investigators so that makes no sense to be in a subpoena...they can get the info if they need it for some purpose.... from twitter public records....

Like maybe they want to see how many people arrested 1/6 for breaking in the capitol or trespassing, favored or retweeted Trump's invite to the wild, stop the steal rally on 1/6? This kind of information can be done by investigators without a subpoena needed.....

But getting the trump account private messages and deleted messages and drafts and who posted them under the Real Donald Trump account persona, is critical to his investigation for some unknown reason, and the judge and appeals court, sided with Jack Smith on it....
