Speaker Mike Johnson: The House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges.

The lower judiciary will operate to the extent of their remit, which is up to the legislative (not the executive) to limit.

I don't see any change in the near or medium future.
Don't comprehend much these days, what with the TDS limiting your cognitive power?

The LEGISLATIVE branch can and should limit the jurisdiction of the lower courts to exclude the Executive and Legislative branch and limit them to JUST their particular judicial area.

To do this, the Congress, in both houses, need only a simple majority vote.

Can we assume those judges include the ones nominated by Repub presidents? The fact is there have been no "abuses by activist judges." There have been rulings by a bi-partisan group of judges in response to illegal acts by the trump admin.

We'll see. A single judge telling the President of the United States that he can't deport these motherfuckers? More than a few Senators are going to think hard about that one.

When is Trump going to provide EVIDENCE, that all of the people they deported are gang bangers???? If true, it should be easy to prove. They shouldn't have to "disappear" people if it's all above board.

Trump's "mass deportations" is an abject failure so he's trying to cover it up by just grabbing people and putting them on planes out of the country. Trump is deporting FEWER people THAN BIDEN!!

Look who's talking, your leaders are Joe Biden and Kamala Harris :auiqs.jpg:

So having nothing to contribute, you try to deflect to those who are no longer in power. Why is that???

Are you so ashamed of the actions of your Lord and Saviour that you cannot defend what they're doing to the country?

You mean from democrats who have already taken it over?
Almost half of the judges who have ruled against Trump are Republicans, including some who were appointed by Trump.

I don't ever forget Eileen Cannon, even now who has lawyers drafting charges for when the time comes.

Lying cuck of a House Speaker says what?

He said, "312 - 226, suck on it!"

Or, more appropriately, "218 - 213, suck it!"

You need to learn how to lose graciously. It will spare you a lot of grief in the future. I'd say, the next 20 years or so. Get used to it.
