Speaker Mike Johnson: The House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges.

The Executive still has those same limited powers. The problem is the unconstitutional exercise of power by the lower judiciary. A judiciary that the Legislative fully controls. One controlled by the Patriotic GOP and if it was smart, would limit the jurisdiction of the courts as is their legitimate power. And the best part is, they only need a simple majority in both houses to do that.

Fascist.
The lower judiciary will operate to the extent of their remit, which is up to the legislative (not the executive) to limit.

I don't see any change in the near or medium future.

This is classic Dem corruption. When they lose a presidential election they run to their UNELECTED Dem puppet judges to try to shut down the American people and their new president.
You kids just spew whatever tRump says on full repeat, don't you.

They are the third separate but equal branch of the government. MAGA mike is violating the Constitution.

Again.
How's that? Congress created the inferior courts, they can clearly limit their jurisdiction.

Well, before the budget thing I would have agreed with you but now?
We so screwed things up that we had no choice.

Moving toward the center and tamping down the progs are the only way to regain the trust of the people.

The great majority of the nation does not want the prog program.

You will not get cloture in Senate on this issue.
We'll see. A single judge telling the President of the United States that he can't deport these motherfuckers? More than a few Senators are going to think hard about that one.

But what is the "prog program"?
