(3) voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.


(c) Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if-
(1) each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2) the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and

yeah, that's where the cheat occurs, aliens are voting with voter cards, so how is it if they aren't queried for citizenship, does a poll worker know one isn't a citizen? One really can't make up the demofk cheat!!!!!

Just like when it came to DACA (aka Dreamers). I thought there was a good chance for creating a path to citizenship early in the Trump administration. I know it's not too popular here, but I'm all for it. But hell no. For Democrats it wasn't good enough to narrow the scope to responsible adults that were brought illegally into the country by their parents. It literally says the election official. so that is a no. Now if it just permitted my Real notation on my TDL I would be fine with this. But it doesn't. Its designed to eliminate registration by mail, which is how most -if not all- voters register. It prohibits motor voter registration when you get your license.

I am indeed registered. Guess what. this would apply to us too. We all get to troop down to the "election official." In Texas it takes us months just to get an appointment to get into the DPS. This will be an additional nightmare.
