Space Force Commander fired for opposing DEI

Shouldn't that apply to LT. COLONEL Vindmen?
No. He did it under protocol...he reported it, under whistleblower protection, not on a conservative or liberal talk show, and he did so under oath in an official hearing.

Certainly you know the difference?

All that time, effort, brain power & money into Space Force, but no one can determine the origin of all of the drones swarming our airspace, nor apparently to detect/prevent them from flying into/over restricted airspace?

Yup, just INSPIRES confidence.

I dont disagree with firing him from his command position

Biden didnt even need an excuse to do that

But taking away his retirement?

That’s going too far

Nothing in the story said he was dismissed from Fake Star Fleet.

Just that he was relieved of his command for being a racist douchenoodle.

I'm sure this is a career-ender for him, if he hasn't gotten his 20 years in yet. (I assume he started in the USAF and transferred to Fake Star Fleet when Trump started it.)

Yes, he testified UNDER OATH how the commander in chief did not follow HIS God almighty advice. How DARE the commander in chief not follow HIS almighty opinion...He should be IMPEACHED!

If we don't have USSF watching the sky we'll have another Pearl Harbor attack or 9/11, only it would be worse.

Yup, just INSPIRES confidence.
Not Space Force's responsibility. The air over New Jersey is not space.

Do you know how childish you sound?

What testimony? Are we talking about the subject of this thread or Vindman? Please knock off deflecting.

I was answering a direct question that had nothing to do with you.

Now you can work on your reading comprehension...or go & find your crunchberry beast...or both.

No, you answered a deflection, and that is on you. Vindman was not discussed in the OP if that was where you were going.

No problem. Nick Fuentes will probably get the job in a month or so.

He’s a racist asshole and completely unqualified for the position. He’ll be perfect

Former Space Force commander nominated to serve as Air Force undersecretary:

President-elect Donald Trump

Trump says Lohmeier will work to end military's 'devastating woke policies'

17 Jan 2025 ~~ By Alexandra Koch

A former fighter pilot will serve as the next United States Undersecretary of the Air Force, President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday night.
Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier, a former U.S. Space Force commander, appeared on Fox News to discuss military readiness in July, after claiming he was fired for criticizing the "Marxist" DEI complex.
Lohmeier, a 2006 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, was in the military for more than a decade before joining the Space Force in 2020, where he specialized in missile warning systems.

Trump commended Lohmeier in the nomination announcement, writing Lohmeier "devoted his life to serving our Great Nation."
"Matthew will work with the GREAT Secretary of Defense Nominee, Pete Hegseth, to end the devastating "woke" policies that have destroyed our Military, and make our Country STRONG AGAIN," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Congratulations Matthew!"
Lohmeier responded on X, thanking Trump for the nomination.
"I’m grateful for your trust, and am very much looking forward to continuing my service to our great men and women in uniform," he wrote. "To all men and women with a desire to serve your country in uniform, come join us now! We want the best, brightest, and strongest of you at this critical juncture in American history."
Lohmeier has master's degrees in military operational art and science, and military strategy, according to his biography. He lives with his wife and children in Idaho.

Commentary:
I am happy to see that DJT is picking and choosing the right people for the job.
Between Hegseth and now Lohmeier these guys will make a great team to weed out the politics, CRT, amd DEI in the military.
There is one other individual I'd like to see DJT working with Pete amd Matt, and this is former Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller,
That would be some triad to whip into shape our military.
There's too much upper brass and they should to made to retire... Too many chiefs and too little indians.
The first thing I'd do is retire the redundant 4 star generals in each of the branches of the military as follows:
  • 6 US Army,
  • 2 USMC ,
  • 5 Navy,
  • 10 USAF,
They should be forced if necessary and restricted in their ability to work in the military industry.
Make all promotions based on merit, experience and leadership from the basic to the highest ranks of each branch.

Right.

Less make the military even less appealing to Minorities, Women, and LGBTQ.

Because we are getting enough straight white males to fill the ranks.

Oh, wait, we aren't...

Actually, he was fired for criticizing the C in C while on active duty.

The better question is, why the fuck do we have a Space Force?

Are the Klingons going to attack us?

A war between the US and a near peer state would likely start in space. If we blinded China's satellites, their anti-ship ballistic missiles would be useless in keeping the US Navy carrier battle groups at bay.
