I imagine the nominee would be Vance. I'm sure he wants it and Rubio said that if Vance runs, he wouldn't, which probably means Rubio would get something out of it, as in the VP. Might be good enough but I personally think if Rubio were the nominee democrats wouldn't have a chance in hell of winning, which is what I want, democrats with no chance in hell of winning. If you are a democrat, how do you campaign against a Hispanic?

They both handle themselves well. Progressives in their perma attack modes with a lot of crazy in it give them good training.

Which is why I said with Rubio as the nominee, we have an easy win. Hispanic voters would not take too kindly to Democrats running a Hispanic down. Same thing if the nominee was a woman or a black. The good part is, Republicans have several of these possibilities who would actually be good picks and not a DEI appointment.

Oh, it would certainly rebound against them, but they would have no problem doing it. Just look at how they treat ANY minority or woman who rises in Republican politics.

Yup. They pretty much openly call right wing blacks "Uncle Toms" and "white supremacists" and I'd love to see them claim that women want to take women's rights away.
