Biden has already set in motion a precedent by which presidents can ignore the courts. Look at how he behaved when SCOTUS struck his student loan initiative down. If Trump starts ignoring the courts, he will further a precedent where presidents can effectively ignore the courts and impose their will on the public, irrespective of their sentiment on the matter.

Not wise to go down that road.
Ignoring the Judiciary by POTUS goes back to the Founding of our Republic.

It happens far more often than most people think.

We know that most of the courts rule in the Progs favor. For all of their judges think alike. Not so from Republican judges. Our RINO shills make sure of that.

How does a district court have the power to overrule the elected executive?

Only the SC is at the same level as the President in the Constitution.
SCOTUS is not at the same level as the Chief Executive. No way, no how. Not even close.

If you mean to say that it should be only SCOTUS reviewing the actions of POTUS, I agree. Otherwise -- Not.

The only people that think SCOTUS is equal to the other 2 branches of government is..... SCOTUS. They are NOT.

And it is way past time they understood that

In today's highly charged political environment, impeachment in any case is effectively moot.

Not really. You need to learn that when trump says something is political it means that he's being held to aaccount for his misdeeds.
