This Secret Service Agent did not just potentially lose their job by making the comment about not being willing to take a bullet for Trump, they also violated the Hatch Act by posting their loyalty / biased support of / for Hillary Clinton on social media. Last I checked they weren't liberal members of Congress with Obama still in charge - If the Justice department actually wanted to they could push for prosecution. (I do not think this will happen, but I do believe they should be receiving their last govt check as a member of the Secret Service soon.)
